2. How long does it take for my package to arrive?
Made-to-order pieces: Once you place your order and depending on the shipping destination, it takes between 2 to 4 weeks; from creation to arrival at your doorsteps. Some pieces are available in stock. International shipping from Bogotá, Colombia.
3. Are returns free?
A. For customers in United States and Colombia: Free returns.
B. For customers in the following countries: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Costa Rica, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Peru, Russia, Singapore, Spain United Kingdom.
We ship your order, however, sales are final non returnable. Due we do not have return shipping partners in those countries. For Colombia USA: 15 days after your purchase has been delivered. Products must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped.
