1. What are the shipping policies?
-FREE shipping to Colombia
-Standard shipping to the rest of the world $35 USD
-FREE shipping to the rest of the world for purchases over $250 USD
2. How long does it take for my package to arrive?
Our products are handmade. Once you place your order and depending on the shipping destination, it takes between 3 to 5 days for Colombia and between 8 to 15 days for international sales; from creation to arrival at your doorsteps. However, we are working to make the waiting period shorter.
3. Are returns free?
We are committed to provide you with an excellent experience.
A. For customers in United States and Colombia : Free returns.
B. For customers in the following countries: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Costa Rica, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Peru, Russia, Singapore, Spain & United Kingdom.
We ship your orders. However, sales are final & non returnable. Due we do not have return shipping partners in those countries, However if you like to speak with us before you place your order, we are happy to help! please email us and we will gladly make arrangements for you info@claudiasanchezdesign.com
4. What is your return policy?
For Colombia & US clients: 15 days after your purchase has been delivered. Products must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped.
5. How do I return an item?
For US clients: We want you to have a great experience. Email us at info@claudiasanchezdesign.com We’ll mail you a pre-paid shipment slip to your home. Attached the pre-paid slip to the box and send it back to us.
6. How long will it take to get my refund back?
Normally, It take 5-10 business day to get your money back on you card. However some credit card companies will reflect the money back on your credit card till your next statement cycle. Please contact your credit card provider for more information
7. How do I clean my product?
We want your purchase to stand test of time. Clean leathers and fabrics with a soft cloth to remove dust, then wipe the surface with a damp cloth.
