Basket in Colombian iraca palm and natural Colombian cowhide leather. The iraca palm is handwoven in Sandoná, Nariño; the basket is finished and assembled with leather in Bogotá. Short braided leather handle, long leather crossbody strap, with terminals in bombona seeds from Putumayo. One zip pocket and one slip pocket organize the interior; textile lining. Gold-plated hardware. 18 cm high x 16 cm base. Legado’s foundational piece, with its nighttime version in Alma Negro.

Do not overfill the bag body — iraca is a natural fiber that can deform with excessive weight. Maximum recommended weight: 1 kg. Alternate its use with other bags for greater durability. Avoid prolonged contact with water or humidity — if wet, allow to air dry naturally without heat. Do not fold or compress the bag for storage.
Clean with a soft, dry cloth. Apply leather moisturizer every 2-3 months to maintain flexibility. Avoid prolonged direct sun exposure — leather may discolor.
Store in the included cotton bag, in an upright position. Do not hang by the braided handle — it may deform over time. Avoid perfumes and chemical products in direct contact with materials.
